Job Description

  1. Client Communication & Support:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking immigration services.
    • Provide timely, accurate, and clear responses to clients' inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
    • Address client concerns or complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Offer guidance and support throughout the entire immigration process, ensuring clients feel informed and confident.
  2. Document & Application Assistance:

    • Assist clients in gathering required documentation and completing immigration applications accurately.
    • Review client documentation to ensure it complies with immigration regulations.
    • Track the status of client applications and provide updates regularly.
  3. Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
    • Follow up with clients post-application to ensure satisfaction and offer further assistance if needed.
  4. Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and streamline internal processes.
    • Work with the team to implement improvements and innovations in customer service practices.
  5. Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with legal teams, immigration consultants, and other departments to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
    • Provide feedback on client experiences to help refine services and strategies.
  6. Record Keeping:

    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
    • Ensure all client communications are logged into the organization's CRM system for reference and follow-up.
  7. Educational Support:

    • Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information regarding immigration policies, regulations, and requirements.
    • Conduct client orientation sessions to guide them through the immigration process.
