*We're Hiring a Female Sales/ Tele-Marketing Executive* (Female Candidates only / must be preferred from Nearby Coimbatore nearby (Sulur, Neelambur, Kaniyur, Somanur, Chinniyampalayam, SITRA, Hope College, Peelamedu, Ondiputhur, Singanallur) & Thalaiyuthu (Palani) Regions only* Position: *Female Tele-Calling Executive* Location: *Coimbatore & Thalaiyuthu (Palani)* Department: Sales & Marketing Department Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager Languages: (Tamil, English, & Hindi) Preferably Min 2 Languages ability to speak. *Key Responsibilities:* • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and telephone. • Recommend suitable products based on customer needs. • Provide detailed information on features, benefits, pricing, and promotions. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly. • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. • Prepare and send quotations, process orders, and coordinate deliveries. • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. • Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategies and campaigns. • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. *Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telecalling / Sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Other Requirements: Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
